Located in Agora, Drama, and surrounded by its central vineyard, Château Nico Lazaridi has been a reference point in the winemaking landscape of Northern Greece since 1987. The winery’s proximity to the vineyards is not just a practical choice, it is a core element of its philosophy, ensuring immediate grape processing and the preservation of the fruit’s quality.
In its continuous pursuit of innovation, Château Nico Lazaridi vinifies, ages, and bottles its wines in 6,500 sq.m. state-of-the-art facilities, designed to combine functionality, aesthetics, and harmony with the surrounding natural environment.
Hospitality is an integral part of the NICO LAZARIDI philosophy. The winery invests continuously in upgrading its visitors’ areas, offering a complete and immersive experience to every guest. Over 100 original paintings are exhibited throughout the winery, creating a living dialogue between wine and the arts.
The flagship series of the winery is the timeless Château Nico Lazaridi, available in white, rosé, and red—consistently expressing the style and philosophy of the winery. This core collection is complemented by Greece’s first icon wine, the Magic Mountain in white and red. The ultra-premium and multidimensional Perpetuus series includes a red blend based on the native Mavroudi variety, along with two single-varietal whites from Semillon and Chardonnay. The dynamic Cavalieri series showcases expressive single-varietal wines made from Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Merlot, and Xinomavro. A unique highlight in the portfolio is the label Amphora, an Assyrtiko aged in amphorae, produced in limited quantities. The range is completed with the naturally sweet sun-dried wine Melissourgos, a wine of exceptional character and rarity.
The selected vineyards of Château Nico Lazaridi are cultivated under strict quality criteria, producing wines with P.G.I. Drama and P.G.I. Agora designations. These wines authentically reflect the unique terroir of the region, showcasing the richness and identity of the local landscape.

In the heart of the Pieria valley, one of the country’s most renowned wine-growing regions, Mackedon Winery has been showcasing the art of winemaking since 2000 through the unique terroir of the slopes of Mount Pangeon, in the community of Platanotopos, Kavala. Despite its geographical proximity to the winery in Drama, Mackedon stands as a distinct unit, designed to capture the unique personality and special climatic conditions of the area.
Spanning 2,600 sq.m., it houses modern production, bottling, and storage facilities, while the architecture of the building combines modern simplicity with respect for the landscape and local tradition, creating an establishment that exudes elegance and functionality.
Within these facilities, the modern “Golden Lion” series Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are produced, alongside the eccentric “The Black Sheep” in white, rosé, and red wine with Stelvin closures, as well as the beloved family of wines: Queen, King and Jack of Hearts. The wines carry the designations P.G.I. Pangeon, P.G.I. Macedonia, and varietal wines.
