The pre-fermentation extraction (skin contact) method is applied for 10-18 hours. Classic white wine fermentation at controlled temperatures 12-16 °C.

Intense and fresh fruity aromas reminiscent of banana, green apple and pear. Charming balanced body combined with the pleasant acidity and a fruity aftertaste.
